These booking terms apply once a deposit has been made to enhanced gloss

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable. A minimum of 25% of the booking price must be paid prior to the job. Quotes and slots are valid for 24 hours from the time the quote is sent.

Personal Belongings

  • All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle. Enhanced Gloss Limited is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property while the vehicle is in our care.

Vehicle Condition Disclosure

  • Clients must inform Enhanced Gloss of any known defects or weaknesses in the vehicle that may be affected by the cleaning process before any work begins. Sharing the vehicle’s history ensures the most appropriate service is provided.

Electricity Requirement

  • For mobile jobs not at our unit, electricity access is required unless previously agreed otherwise.

Additional Work

  • After an initial wash, it may become clear that additional work is needed to meet the requested standard. In such cases, we will contact you before proceeding.

Deposits and Payments

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.

Pet Hair

  • Excess pet hair will incur an additional charge unless discussed at the time of booking.

Cancellations

  • 48 hours or less: 100% payable
  • 5-7 days prior: 75% payable
  • 8-14 days prior: 50% payable

Rescheduling

  • Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer the earliest rebooking date.
  • Rescheduling with 7 days or more notice incurs a £25 booking change fee.

Payment Terms

  • Prices are agreed upon before work begins based on the vehicle’s condition at booking. If further work is required, we will attempt to contact you to adjust the price. If unreachable, additional work will not be completed, and the finish quality may be less than agreed. Enhanced Gloss reserves the right to amend the price if necessary, with prior client notification.
  • An invoice is issued upon completion of the agreed work.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or cash and are due immediately.
  • Late payments may incur a £50 penalty, increasing to £100 after 30 days without prior agreement. Failure to pay may result in debt management action.

Promotions

  • Discounted or special offers require payment at booking or within 7 days. Failure to comply revokes the discount, and full price will be charged.
  • For Maintenance Details as part of the New Car Protection, full payment is required at the time of sale, with bookings carried out within 4 weeks unless previously agreed.

Prepaid Packages

  • Services must be carried out every 4 weeks. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or the service being void.

Parking and Congestion Charges

  • Any parking or congestion charges incurred while working on a vehicle are payable by the client and will be invoiced.

Safe Working Environment

  • Clients must provide a safe working environment for our staff or contractors.
  • Ensure parking is available prior to arrival. Any parking charges or fines due to lack of parking will be passed onto the client.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable.
  • Vouchers reflect a cash value; additional charges apply if the service exceeds the voucher’s value.

Keys

  • We offer a key hold service, logging keys in/out and providing a receipt.
  • Keys are kept securely and accessed only at the client’s request.

Social Media

  • We may take photographs of our work for social media and website use, with number plates covered/uncovered and location undisclosed. If you do not wish for your vehicle to be photographed, please inform us.
